Social Operator is an AI-native content and growth agency. We build social content engines for brands, combining AI-powered research and production with human expertise to deliver platform-native video at scale. Our clients get more high-quality content for organic and paid ads, better performance, and faster speed without scaling their internal teams.

We work with ambitious brands across consumer tech, fintech, and SaaS, helping them own the attention of their audience through short-form video, creator programs, and paid media. We're a small, fast-moving team where every person has real ownership and impact.

The Role

We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to own creator sourcing, negotiation, and campaign execution across our client roster. You'll scout and sign creators, launch campaigns designed for viral reach, test strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and measure performance against growth targets.

What you'll do

  • Scout, evaluate, and activate creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube for client campaigns
  • Negotiate partnership terms, manage contracts, and oversee deliverables end-to-end
  • Launch and optimize creator-led campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of vetted creators across verticals and platforms
  • Collaborate with strategists to align creator content with brand voice and campaign objectives
  • Track and report on creator performance, ROI, and campaign attribution
  • Identify emerging creators and trends before they break into the mainstream
  • Manage creator relationships as long-term partnerships, not one-off transactions

Requirements

  • Experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or talent management
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage creator relationships at scale
  • Data-driven approach to evaluating campaign performance and creator fit
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with minimal hand-holding

Nice to have

  • Experience working agency-side or managing partnerships across multiple brands
  • Familiarity with paid social amplification (Spark Ads, whitelisting, branded content tools)
  • Existing network of creators across lifestyle, tech, finance, or beauty verticals
  • Understanding of AI-generated content and how it integrates with creator workflows
